Inputs

Stream type: audio or video.
Destination host and port.
Whether the session should be stopped or started.

Execution

Use c64_stream with op: "start" to begin a stream.
Use c64_stream with op: "stop" to terminate a stream.
Confirm the stream target back to the user after each action.

Validation

Summarize the stream type and target that the workflow attempted.
Report any failure clearly so the user can adjust network or backend settings.

Safety

Remind the user to stop streams explicitly when capture is finished.
