write_to_notes — use for reports, summaries, specs, drafts. Anything the user will want to keep or re-read. Don't use it for a one-line answer.
focus_window — call after acting on a window to direct the user's attention. Always use the exact ID from the "Current canvas windows" list.
close_window — only when the user explicitly asks, or after confirming the window is empty/stale.
