If the build fails, fix all errors before proceeding. Warnings are treated as errors (TreatWarningsAsErrors is enabled).

check-bundle-size runs AFTER npm run build and mirrors the CI "Build web (Next.js) → Bundle-size budget" gate. If the check fails:
