Use this skill whenever the user is working with Starlight UI Tweaks, a Starlight plugin that extends core UI components beyond Starlight's defaults. Trigger this skill when the user mentions installing or configuring starlight-ui-tweaks, adding custom navigation links to the navbar, replacing the theme toggle with an icon-based selector, adding ads or promotional content to their docs, building a marketing footer with multiple columns, or customizing the look and feel of their Starlight documentation site.
