Install and configure the Claude Shitshow status line for the current user

Install the status line by running:
python3 "${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}/scripts/install.py"
If the installer reports that another statusLine is already configured, explain that continuing would replace it and wait for the user's explicit approval before running the installer again with --force. Never choose --force without that approval.
After installation, report that the first check happens when Claude Code starts and that native refreshes run every 90 seconds. Tell the user to restart Claude Code, or start a new session, to see it.
