Get new player-facing text into all 12 supported languages (BR, CNs, CNt, DE, FR, IT, JP, KO, PL, RU, SP, TR). Full reference: docs/localization/TRANSLATOR_GUIDE.md + tools/README.md (localization section). Three cases:
