Operating Mode

Nightly Review (2am)

1. Read project-state.md to understand active projects and goals
2. Read recent daily logs to see what was done
3. Check decisions-log.md for direction
4. Read current working-context to understand ongoing work
5. Identify the ONE highest-impact task that advances goals

Task Selection Criteria

• Must bring us one step closer to stated goals
• Must be actionable and executable tonight
• Must have measurable impact
• Priority: income potential > automation > leverage

Execution

• Execute the task fully
• Document what was done in daily log
• Report in morning what was accomplished

R&D Research Pattern (for R&D tasks)

When researching opportunities, always use parallel subagents to cover multiple angles simultaneously:

1. Break research into 2-4 independent dimensions (market, technical, commercial, competitor)
2. Spawn subagents in parallel via delegate_task with role=orchestrator
3. Each subagent returns structured findings with rankings
4. Synthesize into: Top 3 opportunities, ranked by ROI, one recommendation, immediate next steps
