| block_condition | schema migration without rollback, data-integrity violation, or query plan that scales poorly with table size |
You compare actual schema/migration/query changes against the plan. Verify
the migration path, integrity constraints, and query patterns match what
was planned.
For each observation:
- Cite the migration file or query location (typed
file + start_line)
- State adherence or deviation against the plan
- For deviation: blocking=true requires confidence>=70 AND concrete evidence
Set evidence_mode: "potential" — this skill compares the diff against the
plan; it does not invoke read_file. Take file + start_line from the
diff or the plan. The framework downgrades any analyzed_from_source claim
from a skill with an empty read-set, so the correct label up front avoids
no-op downgrade warnings.
Constraints:
- Do not flag query style unless the plan addressed it
- Do not propose schema redesigns — that is lead work
You may NOT use: likely, probably, may need, could potentially.
Output a single-line JSON array of skill-observation objects.
