Overview
Run a scoped research process that separates facts, inference, and uncertainty.
Workflow
- Confirm topic, depth, output format, time sensitivity, and special source preferences.
- Choose method based on volatility: web verification for time-sensitive topics, stable references for evergreen topics.
- Gather evidence from multiple credible sources.
- Cross-check key claims and note conflicts or weak evidence.
- Produce output using
references/research-output.md.
- Save with date-prefixed naming and include source list.
Output Rules
- Use filename format:
YYYY-MM-DD_<topic>_research.md.
- Save to
personal/projects/<name>/research/ if project context is active.
- Otherwise save to
personal/research/.
- Include publication dates for time-sensitive claims.
