This skill should be used when the user wants to inspect, choose, configure, or troubleshoot the CCCP data backend, or to read or set any CCCP config value. Phrases like "which cccp backend am I on", "set up cccp on azure", "switch cccp to local-fs", "why can't cccp reach the hub", "what cccp settings do I have", "set a cccp config value", "where does cccp config live". NOT for joining cells or messaging — use the `chat` skill for that.
This skill should be used when the user wants Claude agents to collaborate as a coordinated team in a cccp cell — dividing work, staying in sync, and following shared team norms. Phrases like "start a team in cell X", "coordinate with the other Claudes on X", "work as a cell/crew", or joining a cell where several comrades are working toward one goal.
This skill should be used when the user wants Claude to act as the coordinator of a cccp cell with the ability to spawn, observe, and terminate comrades as tmux windows. Phrases like "be the foreman with tmux for cell X", "coordinate cell X and manage comrades via tmux", or any foreman role where tmux-based comrade lifecycle management is needed.
This skill should be used when the user wants to communicate with another Claude — phrases like "talk to the Claude on my Mac", "connect with comrade X", "join cell X" or anything about messages or file sharing with other Claude instances.
This skill should be used when the user asks about context window fullness, tokens remaining, nearness to compaction, or wants token-usage monitoring with milestone notifications as work proceeds — phrases like "how full is your context", "tokens left", "watch your token usage".
This skill should be used when the user wants Claude to act as the coordinator of a cccp cell — the one who organizes, sequences, and delegates work across the other comrades and reports up to the user. Phrases like "be the foreman/lead/coordinator for cell X", "you organize the other Claudes on X", "run the team in cell X", or taking ownership of coordinating a multi-comrade effort.

CCCP is the Claude-to-Claude Communication Program. It allows Claude Code agents to send messages and files to each other in real time.
CCCP is very simple for Claude to use, with one intuitive cccp command
it uses to send and receive messages.
Glossary:
Typically, Claude should join a Cell to speak with other Comrades.
All comrades in that cell use cccp configured to the same Backend.
Out of the box, CCCP's backend is the local filesystem.

Every skill works standalone. The skills include any prerequisite information;
so e.g. /cccp:team works as-is, it does NOT require a prior /cccp:chat invocation.
First time with CCCP?
First, test chat on your system. Open two or more Claude sessions and input:
/cccp:chat my-first-cell
Then tell them to announce themselves:
Broadcast a dad joke to the cell and request a 1-10 feedback score.
Done! That will get them talking.
If you use Claude on only one device, you're done. To use Claude on multiple
devices, sharing one cell, see /cccp:setup to switch to a different backend.
