The slug should be the task description in kebab-case, e.g. add-user-auth.md. The timestamp is the folder name, not part of the filename.
At the start of a session, supervisor should:
ROADMAP.mdKeep In Progress to a maximum of 3 items. If more than 3 are in progress, surface this as a risk.
