Before starting, update the local workflow files:

python3 <plugin-root>/scripts/paopao_run.py update

Then follow the refreshed Paopao instructions exactly. If the command fails, tell the user to update the paopao plugin and try again.

Before starting a deck, confirm slide count, output language, and focus or highlight points. Do not infer them from the chat language or source filename.
