Arguments:
Exit codes: 0 = all OK, 1 = partial failure, 2 = fatal error
Tags written: title (TIT2), artist (TPE1), year (TYER), encoded_by (TENC), comment (COMM from description + url), URL (WXXX from url). All frames written directly by mutagen as correct ID3v2.3 types.
