2.3 Do Not Rewrite The Whole Project Unless Necessary

ห้าม rewrite ทั้งโปรเจกต์ถ้า user ขอแก้แค่บางจุด
ให้แก้เฉพาะจุดก่อน ยกเว้น user ขอ redesign/rebuild ชัดเจน

2.4 Do Not Break Existing Contracts

ต้องรักษา:

3. `work.md` Protocol

3.1 When To Create `work.md`

ถ้าไม่พบ work.md ใน root โปรเจกต์ ให้สร้างทันทีเมื่อเริ่มงานที่มากกว่า simple one-line fix
