Quick Start

• Read AGENTS.md first for the repo-wide commands and non-negotiable rules.
• Use python3 -m venv .venv && source .venv/bin/activate && python -m pip install -e ".[dev]" unless the task already provides a prepared environment.
• Run pytest after code changes. If packaging or dependency docs changed, also verify a documented startup path.

• Keep the server stdio-first unless the user explicitly asks for another transport.
• Preserve MCP tool names and input arguments unless the task explicitly allows a breaking change.
• Return structured MCP outputs on success and raise ToolError for failure paths.
• Treat XRPL_NODE_URL as mainnet by default. When editing docs or transaction behavior, keep the mainnet safety note accurate.
• Use SubmitOnly(tx_blob=...) for signed blob submission with current xrpl-py.
• Add durable repo knowledge to this skill's references or AGENTS.md instead.
