AutoShip Verification Pipeline — OpenCode Port

Invoked after an agent reports COMPLETE. Runs verify → simplify → verify → PR → monitor → cleanup.

Step 0: Discover Test Command

Check in order:

1. .autoship/config.json → test_command
2. package.json → npm test / yarn test
3. Makefile → make test
4. Cargo.toml → cargo test
5. pyproject.toml → pytest
6. go.mod → go test ./...
7. If none found: skip test step

Step 0.5: Pre-Verification Guards

Before spawning reviewer, run these assertions:

Step 1: Initial Verification

Run the OpenCode reviewer hook:

bash hooks/opencode/reviewer.sh <issue-key> <worktree-path> <result-path> <test-command>

The reviewer role model is read from .autoship/model-routing.json; first-run setup prompts for it.

Step 2: On FAIL

• Attempt < 2: Re-dispatch with failure context appended
• Attempt >= 2: Retry on a stronger configured OpenCode model
• Attempt >= 3: Mark blocked for human review

Step 3: On PASS

Simplify (Optional)

Create rollback point:

cd .autoship/workspaces/<issue-key>
git tag autoship-pre-simplify-<issue-key>

Get changed files:

Spawn an OpenCode worker to simplify. Must not break tests.

Re-verify

Confirm simplification preserved correctness. On FAIL: rollback.

Step 4: Create PR
