Adds the cash position feature to an existing banking application. Creates the backend query script, API endpoint, and updates the frontend to display formatted treasury reports.

Creates a complete banking cash flow application with SQLite database, demo data, and web UI. The initial UI includes placeholder functionality that displays "Skill missing" for features not yet implemented.
