SEO Content Creator
Create search-optimized content that ranks AND reads well.
Process
Step 1: Keyword Intent Analysis
Before writing, determine:
- Primary keyword: The main search term to target
- Search intent: Informational (learn), transactional (buy), navigational (find), comparison (evaluate)
- Secondary keywords: Related terms to include naturally
- Content format: Based on intent - guide, listicle, comparison, tutorial, landing page
Step 2: Outline Structure
# [H1: Primary keyword + compelling hook]
[Opening paragraph: answer the query immediately, include primary keyword]
## [H2: Major subtopic with keyword variation]
[Content with natural keyword usage]
### [H3: Specific detail]
[Actionable content]
## [H2: Next major subtopic]
...
## FAQ (if applicable)
### [Question from "People Also Ask"]
[Direct answer in 2-3 sentences]
Step 3: Write Content
Rules:
- First paragraph answers the query. No buildup. The answer comes first.
- One idea per paragraph. Short paragraphs (2-4 sentences).
- Heading hierarchy. H1 > H2 > H3. Never skip levels.
- Internal link opportunities. Note where to link related content.
- Primary keyword in: title, first paragraph, one H2, conclusion. Naturally throughout.
- No keyword stuffing. If it reads awkwardly, the keyword doesn't belong there.
Step 4: Meta Elements
Provide:
- Title tag: Under 60 characters, primary keyword near front
- Meta description: Under 155 characters, includes keyword and CTA
- URL slug: Short, keyword-rich, hyphenated
- Schema suggestion: Article, FAQ, HowTo, or other applicable type
Step 5: AI Search Optimization
Structure content to be cited by AI search:
- Clear definitions in "X is Y" format
- Numbered step-by-step instructions
- Comparison tables with structured data
- FAQ section with concise answers
- Include dates and "updated" timestamps
Anti-Patterns
- Never start with "In today's digital landscape..."
- Never use "comprehensive guide" in titles (overused, low signal)
- Never stuff keywords into headings unnaturally
- Never write thin content (under 800 words for informational queries)
- Never ignore search intent (a buying query doesn't need a history lesson)
