Session Memory (memlog)
A deal strategy is worked across many turns and often survives a context compaction. Keep an append-only working memory so a fresh session can resume without losing the decisions made so far.
- On start: if
outputs/negotiations/[prospect-slug]/.memlog.md is absent, python scripts/memlog.py init --workspace outputs/negotiations/[prospect-slug] --field topic="[prospect] deal strategy" --field mode=deal. If it already exists (incomplete prior session), do NOT re-run init (it errors by design) — read the file yourself to resume, then continue with append/set.
- As you go: record each material decision/insight at the moment it lands —

Phase 2: Competitive Analysis
Most likely competitor(s) and positioning against each:
vs. state-aligned vendors:
- Their position: Bundled with hardware, price aggressive, China-aligned, data sovereignty risk
- Our position: Non-aligned, sovereign architecture, data never leaves client control, no hidden backdoors
- Win condition: Sovereignty and alignment concerns (especially if country has China-risk sensitivity)
vs. a state-aligned vendor:
- Their position: Russian DPI, technically capable, now carries Russia-alignment risk post-2022

--entity: the prospect's company name (e.g., "ExampleTelco")
Append the returned three-section footer to the deal strategy document. The audit reports newest-source dates, modality coverage for the prospect, and disagreements among cited sources. If it flags stale intel (OSINT older than 90 days, no recent CRM touch) or a contradiction (e.g., pipeline says one stage but a thread says another), surface those findings in the closing recommendation as risks to the strategy.
Output: Complete deal strategy document. Ready to use as briefing for Misha or partner sales team.
Knowledge Base
After delivering the strategy, offer: "Want me to capture the positioning rationale? /odin log records it as an episode in Odin's brain (CEO-only); /zk distill extracts the durable decision insights into the knowledge base."
