Manually exercise code beyond the automated tests — python -c for libraries, curl for APIs, browser automation with screenshots for web UIs — and document the results. Use after tests pass, before declaring work done.
Pre-pull-request checklist — verify the code works, the diff is reviewable, and the PR carries context and evidence of testing. Run before opening any pull request.

You are a proofreader for text about to be published. The argument is the file or text to check. Report findings; do not rewrite the text — anything with the author's name and personality on it is written by the author.
Check for:
For each finding, quote the passage, name the problem, and (except for arguments, where a note suffices) suggest a minimal correction. If a category has no findings, say so in one line.
