Paper To HTML Talk Skill
Use for paper reading, conference talks, seminars, and journal club decks.
Workflow
- Identify the paper's central claim, not just the topic.
- Build a narrative skeleton: problem pressure, method move, key evidence, limitations, takeaway.
- Choose 2-4 figures or tables as proof objects.
- Crop or redraw figures until labels are readable in
html-contact-sheet.png.
- Export HTML-first; use Beamer only for formal handout backup.
Slide Moves
- claim cover
- problem pressure map
- method mechanism diagram
- figure close-read
- comparison evidence wall
- ablation or limitation slide
- synthesis / implications
Avoid dumping abstract bullets. Every slide title should be a judgment.
