Import a recipe from a URL into the cookbook. Use whenever the user provides a recipe URL, pastes a link from a recipe site (dagelijksekost, ah.nl, jumbo.com, leukerecepten.nl, etc.), or says things like "add this recipe", "import this", "scrape this dish", "put this in my kookboek", or "voeg dit toe aan mijn kookboek". Optionally applies user changes like servings scaling, ingredient swaps, dietary adaptations (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free), or cuisine tweaks.
