一日の終わりの振り返り。成果を記録し、明日の準備をする。 箇条書きの作業ログではなく、後から読み返して文脈が蘇る日記を書く。

ユーザーに「何しましたか？」と聞く前に、まず自分で情報を集める。
Obsidian tasks.md の Registered Projects 一覧、または既知のプロジェクトパスを使って、
当日（と前日未記録分）のコミットを横断的に収集する。

- flow-pilot: AI PM プロダクト設計書を追加 + GCP ベースに更新
- dev-tools-plugin: deep-research v2.1.0
→ git log のコピペ。後から読んでも「で、何が大事だったの？」が分からない。
## やったこと
flow-pilot の設計に着手した。最初は AWS Bedrock ベースで書いたけど、
途中で Vertex AI ADK の方がエージェントの構成を柔軟に組めることに気づいて
GCP に全面的に書き直した。結果として Cloud Run を2サービスに分けて
Pub/Sub で非同期に繋ぐ構成に落ち着いた。AWS から GCP に切り替えたのは
大きな判断だったけど、ADK のエージェント構成の自由度を考えると正解だったはず。
→ 判断の経緯と理由が分かる。半年後に読んでも「あの時こう考えてたな」が蘇る。
