Use when the user asks to synthesize, summarize, or analyze the AI session retro log — recurring friction in AI-assisted work, patterns across AI sessions, or prep for a team retrospective (e.g. "what patterns are in our AI retros", "prep the AI retro summary for Friday"). Use when a working session with an AI is wrapping up and should be reviewed and logged — "run a retro on this session", "AI session retro", "debrief this session", "log this session" — or when asked to retro a past session from a transcript. Offer it proactively at the natural end of a large or multi-step session. Do NOT use this to create or facilitate a retrospective in a retrospective product (TeamRetro or similar) — this skill reviews AI working sessions only.

Use when the user wants the AI's retro recommendations prepared and posted into TeamRetro — "post the AI's recommendations to TeamRetro", "prep our TeamRetro retro with the AI's findings", "park the top fixes for next retro", "add the AI's feedback to Friday's retro". Do NOT use for general TeamRetro administration (creating retros, health checks, teams, or managing existing items), and not for a tool-agnostic summary the user brings to their retro themselves — that's ai-retro-brief.
