The user wants to resolve pending brain merge conflicts.
Read the conflicts file:

Filter to unresolved conflicts (where resolved is not true).
If no unresolved conflicts, tell the user: "No pending conflicts. Brain is fully synced."
For each unresolved conflict, present:
