SOPs (workflow rules) are the tenant's way of teaching the assistant its business specifics: they are injected into matching workflows for every user. Writing them is an admin capability on the paid tiers — check get_permissions first and explain the gate if the tools are missing.
A good SOP is one rule, scoped and imperative:
SOPs steer the assistant but never weaken safety: no SOP can remove previews, approvals, or permission checks — do not write SOPs that attempt it.
get_tenant_sops — extend or correct an existing rule instead of adding a near-duplicate that will conflict later.preview_write_sop → show the exact rule text and scope → approval → write_sop.preview_delete_sop → approval → delete_sop. When a rule changed in the business, prefer updating over delete-and-recreate, so history stays traceable.get_permissions answers who can do what (role, plan, policy) — use it for "why can't user X do Y" before speculating.read_activity_log answers "who changed what, when" for audit-style questions. Report events neutrally with their timestamps; interpretation stays clearly labeled as yours.Follow this contract for every change to tenant data. It applies to all write tools used by this skill and is non-negotiable.
