Use when adding a new language module to cronli5, or re-validating one. Always derive from existing renderers — the primary donor is the nearest validated same-family sibling, or English (the universal anchor) when there is no family; consult reference donors for shared mechanics. Translate the donor's reviewed corpus to a target candidate → port its renderer → TDD to green, then validate objectively (round-trip, fuzz, OR-scope, cRonstrue) + a blind panel of Claude Sonnet instances. The blind no-anchor pipeline is NOT a build path — it is retained only as the clean-room rewrite-test soundness check. Sonnet personas only — no cross-family/Gemma panels. Ships BETA; never claims stable (that needs a fluent human).

Use when changing an EXISTING language renderer's output or structure — phrasing improvements, new sentence frames, panel-driven voice changes, consistency fixes. Enforces the two-phase protocol (byte-identical restructure, then corpus-first behavior change) so improvements land as restructurings, not overlays. Not for adding a new language (use add-language).
