get-sauce
Desenvolvedores de software

Find "the sauce" on a question by mining transcripts of podcasts, interviews, blogs, talks, and conference recordings from founders, operators, and domain experts who've actually done the thing. Use when the user asks "how do other founders do X", "what's the sauce on Y", "find me real-world advice on Z", "what have people said about...", or any time the goal is to surface first-hand operator knowledge (not generic web articles or LLM priors). Includes a curated topics layer (apps, UGC, pixel-art, …) for fast domain entry plus a grepable master registry of ~180 sources — podcasts (Acquired, MFM, Lenny's, 20VC, Founders, Superwall), blogs (Paul Graham, Sam Altman, Naval, patio11, Pieter Levels, Stratechery), newsletters (Stripe Press, First Round, Generalist, Not Boring), and conferences (Stripe Sessions, AI Engineer, OpenAI DevDay, Lenny Summit, SaaStr, QCon, Ray Summit, KubeCon, Figma Config, Money 20/20, and dozens more). Supports both transcript ingestion (yt-dlp) and visual frame extraction (ffmpeg) for d

analogous-sauce
Desenvolvedores de software

Zoom out from the user's problem and find ideas by analogy — "you're thinking about app distribution, let's go look at drop-shipping / record labels / drug dealers / vending machines." Applies a battery of ideation lenses (different market, different era, different scale, biological, black-market, childhood, adjacent profession, reverse, …) to a user's stuck problem, picks 2–4 of the most generative analogies, then invokes the `get-sauce` skill against each analogous domain (and against the curated `design-thinking` topic for meta-process) to pull *real practitioner language* from the analogous world back into the user's problem. Use when the user is stuck on a problem, says "we need a different angle," "give me wildly different ideas," "what would X look like in Y," "how would [other industry] solve this," or wants to break out of category-bound thinking. NOT for execution-level questions (use get-sauce directly) or for "give me 5 variations" within the same frame (use a normal ideation prompt).
