Pyskills

Run list_pyskills() in clikernel (after the persistent-python bootstrap). It returns the tooling catalog: one row per pyskill, each description saying when it applies. Map your task to rows, read doc(<module>) for each candidate before first use, and prefer a matching pyskill over ad hoc code or shell commands. If unsure whether a pyskill helps, load its docs and check.
