Behavior Notes

• Keep it scannable. The dashboard should be readable in 2 minutes. Every table should have no more than 5-6 rows.
• Lead with flags. Red and yellow items should be visible above the fold — not buried at the bottom.
• Compliance queue is always visible. ZATCA and SAMA items can silently block launches. The dashboard surfaces them proactively.
• Honest OKR assessment. Don't round up. If a KR needs 20% growth but we're at 3% with 6 weeks left, call it red.
