Identify and quarantine duplicate ROMs. Groups ROMs by cleaned name to find likely duplicates, presents them for review, and optionally moves duplicates to a quarantine directory. Advisory by default — no files are moved without explicit user approval.

Resolve games that the deterministic IGDB matcher could not find. Reads .notfound markers from the IGDB cache, uses LLM knowledge of game history to generate creative search variants, and queries the IGDB API to match them. Populates the cache (details, covers, screenshots) for each resolved game.

Download missing game manuals. Tries videogamemanual.com first (higher quality scans), then falls back to archive.org. Scans the configured ROM directories, identifies games without a corresponding manual PDF, then searches and downloads matching manuals.

Read-only library health report. Audits the ROM library and reports statistics: total games, IGDB match rate, cover art coverage, manual coverage, likely duplicates, and orphaned saves. Run this first to understand what needs attention before using the other curate-* skills.
