Arguments: $ARGUMENTS

Extract the PR number from arguments (the numeric part), then use your Bash tool to fetch:

1. Repo: gh repo view --json nameWithOwner -q .nameWithOwner
2. PR metadata: gh pr view <PR_NUMBER>
3. PR diff: gh pr diff <PR_NUMBER>

Do this now, before reading engine.md or persona.md.

Mode

• Arguments contain "re-review" → Re-Review Mode (see engine.md)
• Arguments contain "mirror" OR PR author matches git config user.name → Mirror Mode (see engine.md)
• Otherwise → Full Review (see engine.md)
