When to invoke this skill

CUO routes a request here when the user wants to:

• "Turn this into a CHURN_ANALYSIS."
• "Generate v2 of the CHURN_ANALYSIS from the updated source."
• "Draft a CHURN_ANALYSIS for ."

If the user asks to audit an existing CHURN_ANALYSIS, route to churn-analysis-audit instead. If both, the supervisor chains the two.
