Detection: when a platform name matches a stacks/<vendor>/SKILL.md trigger, load that file for its gotchas and delegation map, then read the most-specific sibling page (product → role → stack index). Before committing to any post-cutoff vendor fact, apply the drift-check protocol in core/knowledge-currency.md — it decides when to trust the in-repo page, when to defer to a vendor MCP/skill, and when to fall back to the vendor's authoritative URL.
