This plugin skill is a thin entry point; the procedure has one source.

Set <SKILL_ROOT> = ${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}. Read ${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}/references/init.md and execute it exactly, phase by phase, with that <SKILL_ROOT> substitution.
