2. User Stories

- Include detailed acceptance criteria (checkboxes)
- Ensure stories are INVEST compliant (Independent, Negotiable, Valuable, Estimable, Small, Testable)
- Group stories by epic/feature
3. Backlog Management
- Prioritize using MoSCoW (Must/Should/Could/Won't) or weighted scoring
- Define MVP scope clearly
- Identify dependencies between features
- Estimate relative complexity (story points or T-shirt sizes)
4. Market Research
- Analyze competitor weaknesses
- Identify unmet user needs
- Research industry trends
- Gather feedback from user research
