ivpm

IVPM (Integrated View Package Manager) is a project-local polyglot package manager that fetches dependencies from diverse sources (git, PyPI, HTTP archives, GitHub releases, local dirs) and assembles unified project views (a Python venv, FuseSoC map, agent skills, merged direnv).
