Run a structured code-review pass on a pull request or branch, applying the Tyrne code-review standard.

Run the dedicated security-review pass for a change that touches security-sensitive subsystems.

Open a new roadmap task — create the user-story file from the template under the right phase folder, set its status, update current.md if it goes active.

Override a prior Accepted ADR with a new one, updating both files so the forward and backward pointers are consistent.

Rebuild the ADR index table in `docs/decisions/README.md` from the actual ADR files on disk.
