Given changed route/API files (or paths/PR context in arguments), determines whether OpenAPI, the route inventory, the TS SDK, runtime-surface-map, docs, or website claims need updates.

ICN public-claim truth sync. This skill should be used when the user explicitly invokes "/icn-agent-pack:truth-sync", or asks to "truth-sync", "check public claims against truth", "is this docs/website/API claim safe to publish", or "verify readiness claims". Compares public, docs, and API claims against the repository's canonical truth sources and classifies each claim safe / partial / unsafe / needs-local-verification.

ICN Commons design review and seed-promotion companion. Use when reviewing Claude Design seeds, drafting docs-only promotion PRs, auditing member-facing surfaces against ICN doctrine, or enforcing the canonical-vs-generated boundary. Provides review-gate routing (truth-label, accessibility, vocabulary, implementation-status, language/RTL, low-bandwidth/reduced-motion/large-text, source-doc drift), the must-not-ship floor, and a doctrine-bound critique pattern for action cards, receipts, standing views, and the member shell. Run criterion benchmarks locally for one or all ICN crates. CI runs these on ubuntu-latest; local runs on icn-dev are for relative comparison only.

Generate a CHANGELOG.md entry from commits since the last git tag. Groups by type (feat/fix/refactor/etc), formats as Keep-a-Changelog.

Classify clippy/compiler failures by lint family and apply canonical idiomatic fixes.
