docs/state.md from .templates/docs/state.md.template, substituting <name>, <version> (from pyproject.toml), <YYYY-MM-DD>, and <session_id>. Author test stub files (.pyi) whose signatures express the domain, relationships, and compositions, as the first contract surface.
