Key Generation Rules — Node.js/TypeScript (Research-Informed)
- Routing: Use
@fastify/autoload v6 for file-based route loading — register twice (plugins with encapsulate: false, routes encapsulated per resource); add ignorePattern: /.*\.(?:schema|service)\.ts/ to prevent non-plugin files from being auto-loaded as routes
