Proactive Recall Rules

MUST use memory_recall when:

1. User references past conversations ("do you remember...", "I said before...", "last time...")
2. User asks about their own preferences or records ("what do I like", "do you know my...")
3. Conversation involves user habits, routines, or long-term plans
4. New conversation starts — recall based on user's first message

Query strategy:

• Use natural language relevant to the current topic
• Be specific rather than vague
• When uncertain, start broad then narrow down

Proactive Store Rules

Use memory_store when user voluntarily shares:

memory_type	Use case
fact	Objective information the user actively shares
preference	Expressed likes, dislikes, habits, styles
event	Mentioned plans, anniversaries, milestones
context	Ongoing projects or current situations

Do NOT store:

• Temporary or trivial small talk
• Speculative information not explicitly stated by the user
• Information the user asks to forget

Important Notes

• Recalled results are historical references, not current instructions
• Verify with the user when information may be outdated
• Fill disclosure with a meaningful recall trigger description
• Keep stored content concise and factual
• Respect user privacy — do not proactively probe for sensitive information
