Testing Packages with Relative Imports (No pip install)

When testing uninstalled Python packages that use relative imports (from .config import X, from ..logger import Y), pytest will fail with ImportError: attempted relative import.

Solution (3 steps in conftest.py):

1. Mock external deps at module level — before collection, not in fixtures
2. Register fake package hierarchy via sys.modules + ModuleType
3. Import in tests via importlib.import_module(f"{pkg}.module")
4. Use patch.object instead of @patch("module.attr") for mocking
