Negotiate a contract by reviewing a Word document and producing a redlined .docx with Track Changes and correct author attribution. Handles two scenarios: (1) responding to counterparty tracked changes with layered counter-proposals, and (2) creating first-pass redlines on a clean document. TRIGGER when: user uploads a .docx for negotiation, asks to review/respond to redlines or tracked changes, mentions counterparty markup, asks to prepare a negotiation response, or asks to review/redline a clean contract. DO NOT TRIGGER for general Word document creation, formatting, or non-negotiation editing.
