Step 1: Check Prerequisites

Run each check and report:

Install missing tools:

• EAS CLI: npm install -g eas-cli then eas login
• Fastlane: brew install fastlane
• Pillow: pip3 install Pillow
• agent-browser: brew install agent-browser && agent-browser install

Step 2: Read App Config

Read app.json or app.config.ts. Extract bundleIdentifier as {BUNDLE_ID} and package as {PACKAGE_NAME}.

Step 3: Create Fastlane Structure

3-5. Metadata Directories

Create placeholder files (name.txt, subtitle.txt, description.txt, keywords.txt, promotional_text.txt, release_notes.txt, support_url.txt, marketing_url.txt) for each iOS language.

Create placeholder files (title.txt, short_description.txt, full_description.txt, changelogs/default.txt) for each Android language.

Step 4: Update eas.json

4-1. ASC API Key 파일 찾기

App Store Connect API Key(.p8) 파일을 자동으로 찾는다:

찾은 .p8 파일에서 Key ID를 추출한다 (파일명: AuthKey_{KEY_ID}.p8).

IMPORTANT: EAS CLI는 ~를 resolve하지 못한다. 반드시 절대 경로로 변환해야 한다.

4-2. eas.json submit 설정

eas.json에 submit 섹션이 없으면, 위에서 찾은 경로와 Key ID로 설정한다:

.p8 파일을 찾을 수 없으면 사용자에게 경로를 질문한다.

첫 제출 시 ascAppId가 없어도 EAS가 인터랙티브 모드에서 자동 생성 가능.
