Deterministic Checks

Deadline = required + whole run; timeout/interrupt/terminal loss → TERM → grace → KILL entire command group; raw unbounded project command = FAIL.
Test behavior/seam/assertion/mutation design = $test-quality.
Real browser/device scenario proof = $e2e.
