Deployment Checklist

1. Pre-flight: Verify context, check current status
2. Build: docker compose build or CI pipeline
3. Migrate: Run database migrations if schema changed
4. Deploy: Apply manifests or push images
5. Verify: Health endpoints responding, no error logs

Safety Rules
