Runs Oracle SQL inside the local Docker XE container via docker exec and sqlplus. Use when the user asks to query Oracle with docker exec, TB_BPM_* tables, PAL_DB, sqlplus, or uengine-oracle-xe. Before any SELECT, follow the schema and container checks in this skill so queries target the correct owner (SYSTEM vs PAL_DB).

Copies selected changed files from the uEngine6 workspace into a uengine-diff delivery folder preserving paths relative to the repo root (e.g. definition-service/src/..., uengine-five-api/src/..., oracle/scripts/...). Use when the user asks for uengine-diff, release diff, 부산은행 배포 복사, 채팅 변경분 추출, or refresh a paste-into-target-project bundle after edits.
