This skill cleans up a markdown file (specifically designed for TempLinks.md or similar "quick capture" lists).
It performs two main operations:
- **HH:MM** [[quick capture]]: prefix from lines.%E5%... back to readable Unicode characters (e.g., Chinese).TempLinks.md).- **HH:MM** [[quick capture]]: prefix and replace it with - .[Title](URL) and decode percent-encoded characters in the URL (e.g., %E5%... -> 測試).The AI should perform the cleaning directly as per the logic above.
