Every material claim in the future draft must be traceable to a credible source.

Goal

Produce a Research Dossier for one new article.

Workflow

1. Convert the Opportunity Brief into research questions.
2. Gather Tier 1 and Tier 2 sources first.
3. Use Tier 3 and Tier 4 sources only for context, examples, or framing.
4. Flag unsourced or weakly sourced claims instead of guessing.
5. Capture source URLs, access dates, and claim-level notes.

Research Dossier

Return:

• key facts and data points
• source list with tier and access date
• claims safe to use
• claims that need caution or removal
• missing data gaps
• recommended examples or tables

Output Discipline

• Prefer exact numbers over vague claims.
• Distinguish sourced facts from inference.
• Note when a claim is seasonal, geographic, or likely to age quickly.
